PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of backlash when a driving unit 50 is at a driving position with a simple mechanism in the driving unit 50 which is moved between the driving position for driving a disk and a retracting position for selecting the disk. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 70 is provided on a drive chassis 51. The flat spring 70 has an elastic member 70c integrally, and when the driving unit 50 reaches the driving position, the elastic member 70c raises the elastic member itself on a pressing part 4b of a support base 4. This generates moment (m) with a first sliding pin 82a as a supporting point in the driving unit 50 to press the rear end part of the driving unit 50 against the support base 4, preventing the occurrence of backlash to the support base 4 of the driving unit 50.
