PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a deficiency in the amount of lubricant between a rotation shaft and a speed change gear supported by the rotation shaft even when rotation speed is low or temperature is low in a selective gear type transmission. SOLUTION: The rotation shaft 20 supporting speed change gears 25A to 25G is provided in a casing 10 provided with a bottom part 11 composed of a deep bottom part 11a, a shallow bottom part 11b and a step part 11c, and the lubricant in the deep bottom part is circulated in conjunction with a large diameter speed change gear 25B arranged in the vicinity of the step part and sent up to flow from a trough member 30 into the shaft hole 21 of the rotation shaft through an introduction part 31b and lubricate between the rotation shaft and the speed change gears 25A, 25B rotatably supported by the rotation shaft. A horizontal rib 12 is formed on the step part 11c to project toward the large diameter speed change gear arranged in the vicinity of the step part 11c. Lower half parts of the deep bottom part and shallow bottom part are formed in a shape of a circular arc with a shaft center of the rotation shaft as a center.
