PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane overturning preventive device capable of preventing degradation of the safety caused by the change in the working radius, and simplifying the operation. SOLUTION: A crawler crane having at least four sets of outriggers on a frame comprises a load detector 2 to detect the reaction force to the ground of each outrigger, and a warning output unit 4 which calculates the sum of the detected values of the reaction force to the ground of the two outriggers adjacent to each other, obtains the minimum value, compares the obtained minimum value with the preset announcement reference value and the critical reference value, outputs an announcement warning signal if below the announcement reference value, and outputs a critical warning signal if below the critical reference value.
