PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix the terminal end of a cabin lining material to the flange of the opening edge of an opening of a car body by an opening trim. SOLUTION: The distal end side of the terminal end part 604 of the cabin lining material 6 made of a synthetic resin is formed into a shape which bends into an approximate L-shape. The bending angle of the bent part 606 is set to be an obtuse one, and the distal end edge 605 is extended in the direction of crossing the flange 204. At the same time, the bent part 606 is made thinner to facilitate the bending deformation. When the lining material 6 is set on a pillar 2, the distal end of the distal end edge 605 is brought into contact with the flange 204.
