PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain spray liquid consisting of fine mist with a uniform diameter. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 49 is disposed inside a liquid path 43 of a spray nozzle 4. The rear end part 49b of the vibrator 49 extends toward the rear side of the nozzle by penetrating through the path 43 and is in press-contact with a vibration element 51 in a vibration chamber 50. By receiving vibration of the vibration element 51, the vibrator 49 in the path 43 finely vibrates (ultrasonic vibration) in the radial direction with prescribed frequency and amplitude.
