PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve clean storage of a wheelchair so far regarded as being too heavy to handle without being left alone outdoors along with the prevention of deterioration therein by making it compact when it is not used and moreover, allowing even a powerless person to lift it up to be moved up or downstairs or to be loaded into a trunk of an automobile. SOLUTION: A wheelchair housing bag makes the manually operated wheelchair compact in a proper form being wrapped. A shoulder belt for ordinary bags and a plurality of handles are mounted at proper positions and an opening part necessary for getting the wheelchair in or out is provided.
