PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the design of a glass frame of a pinball game machine without replacing a light emitting device or a voice output device. SOLUTION: The glass frame 20 of the pinball game machine has an ornament part S surrounding the glass frame to cover the end of the glass frame, and is detachably attached to the front surface of a middle frame 23 to be opened/closed. The middle frame 23 is detachably mounted on a body frame 3. A speaker 25 and an LED (light emitting diod) 26 are mounted in the inside of the body frame 3. A speaker opening 20a to make the voice outputted from the speaker 25 heard and an LED opening 20b to make the lighting of the LED 26 viewed are formed on the glass frame 20. In addition, a speaker 23a and an LED opening 23b are formed on the middle frame 23. Rubber sheets 31 and 33 are mounted between the main frame 3 and the middle frame 23, and rubber sheets 32 and 34 are mounted between the middle frame 23 and the glass frame 20.
