METHOD FOR PRODUCING LOW-FRICTION FLUORINE RUBBER CROSSLINKED BODY

A low-friction fluorine rubber crosslinked body can be obtained by subjecting a fluorine rubber composition to a heat treatment under specific conditions. The fluorine rubber composition contains a fluorine rubber that is crosslinkable by a polyol, a crosslinking accelerator, a polyol crosslinking agent and calcium hydroxide and the weight ratio between the crosslinking accelerator and the crosslinking agent is regulated at a specific value. This low-friction fluorine rubber crosslinked body is excellently balanced in low friction, low adhesiveness, and low rebound resilience, and thus suitably used for rubber cushions, impact absorbing stopper components such as stoppers for hard disk devices and the like.
