A control device (7), wherein an air quantity flowing in an engine (2) is calculated by using an output current from an air flow meter (14) disposed on the downstream side of a throttle valve (12) and a fuel injection quantity for the air quantity is provided. The control device (7) raises air sucking operation when the air quantity tends to increase and exceeds a specified threshold. On the other hand, the device falls air sucking operation when the air quantity tends to lower and exceeds a specified threshold. The injection of the fuel starts from the raising of the air sucking operation and terminates at a timing earlier than in the termination of the air sucking operation.
