PURPOSE: An apparatus for reporting a parking state of a vehicle is provided to report the parking state to a driver within a short period of time and identify easily a number plate at night by displaying rapidly a telephone number. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive part(1) includes a both-sided tape(16) adhered on a vehicle window. A shaft(10) is formed at one side of the adhesive part. The shaft is inserted into a through-hole(20). A plurality of telephone number displays(21,22,23) are used for displaying a cellular phone number, a home telephone number, and a company telephone number, respectively. A rotary handle(3) includes a through-hole(31) in which the shaft is inserted. An elastic hanger groove(15) is formed on an upper part of the adhesive part. A hanger projection is selectively inserted into the elastic hanger groove.
