<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a lubrication failure on actuation of a compressor compressing a compressed fluid with a lubricating oil mixed therein. <P>SOLUTION: In the compressor lubricating sliding parts by the lubricating oil mixed in a compressed fluid, there is a possibility of a lubrication failure in a short time after actuation if the lubricating oil flows out from the sliding parts during halts. Therefore, an oil reservoir 36 with a cooling means such as a thin external wall 37 and a part of a compressed fluid passage on the intake side (a swash plate chamber 22 for a swash plate type compressor) are connected through a passage 40. The lubricating oil is stored in the reservoir 36 during operation of the compressor 1. Since the reservoir 36 is cooled, a large quantity of the compressed fluid is dissolved in the stored lubricating oil. On restart, the stored oil comes into a foaming state and increases its volume to be blown out in the intake side passage, thereby functioning as a lubricant only for a short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
