<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamper having no danger that a polymer material moves from a polymer layer of a disk onto the stamper when the stamper is separated from the disk. <P>SOLUTION: The stamper is coated with a perfluoropolyether polymer. A coated stamper can show a low-friction and low-energy surface, easy to surface-separate the stamper and a die-pressable layer (for example, a polymer), without so moving a material of the layer (for example, the polymer) die-pressable onto the stamper. And perfluoropolyether coating on the stamper shows also a heat resistance and the surface can be effectively separated without so much moving the material to enable the die-pressable film to be repeatedly inprinted at a high temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
