PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a cloth diaper which has a good wearing feeling, consistently holds a discharge, and has no horizontal leakage. SOLUTION: The cloth diaper has elasticity, is formed in a form of short breeches, which are made from cloth having an air-permeability, a hygroscopic property, and a quick-drying nature, and overlay from a waist part to the middle of the femoral region, and is divided by a splitting line 20 reaching the waist from the skirt on the front side of each femur. The front centroid side from the splitting line 20 is taken as the front body 24 and the rear centroid side from the splitting line 20 is taken as the rear body 22. The rear body 22 has the first plane fasteners 30 and 46 attached along the marginal portions of the splitting lines 20, and the second plane fasteners 54 and 62 which are attached to the marginal portion of the splitting line 20 of the front body 22 and are fixed to the first plane fasteners 30 and 46. The fifth plane fasteners 44, 60, and 68, which are covering members removably overlaying a male member having hook-like elements among the first plane fasteners 30 and 46 and the second plane fasteners 54 and 62, are formed.
