PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce high-quality hand-pulled noodle lines in high yield that have small surface cracks reduced and high line uniformity by carrying out the last drawing and the noodle line-handling process, as the rolling pins are conveyed without rolling, the node positions causes no deviation between the lower rolling pin and the noodle line and the position relation between the rolling pin at the start of the last drawing and the line-handling pin may not be apart in the perpendicular direction without breakage of noodle line and incomplete line handling. SOLUTION: A rolling pin-holding tool 14 is attached to the upper compressively pinching conveyer 1 to support the rolling pin b and the left-right symmetric hook-form frame 71 on the guide frame 7 that does not outrun the lower rolling pin is allowed to slide in the horizontal direction to pinch the rolling pin b and the lower rolling pin is hooked with the hook 72 and pulled down to perform the last drawing. Then, the last drawn noodle lines a are subjected to the handling process using the handling bar 82 on the handling arm 81 attached to the channel frame. An air conditioner 9 is operated to circulate the air through the air ducts 91 attached on the upper part and the lower part of the main body to dry the noodle lines a, while the noodle lines are subjected to the last-drawing process and the noodle lines-handling process.
