PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dim strong light entering a driver's eyes from the outside such as the light of a headlight of an oncoming vehicle, and to prevent dazzling of the driver. SOLUTION: The anti-glare tool 1 is attached on an inner surface of a windshield 2 of the vehicle. The anti-glare tool 1 is constituted by a semitransparent anti-glare plate 3 for dimming the incident light and making the light pass, and a pair of suckers 4, 4 for detachably fixing the anti-glare plate 3 on the windshield 2. The anti-glare plate 3 is in an elongated rectangular shape, and is usually arranged vertically along a front pillar 5. The anti-glare plate 3 is arranged laterally when the light of the headlight of the oncoming vehicle enters the eyes of the driver so that the light of the headlight of the oncoming car passes the anti-glare plate 3.
