PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive seamless belt low in cost, excellent in belt physical property and electric characteristic, and free from image failure such as cleaning failure. SOLUTION: The semiconductive seamless belt comprises at least two layers including a base layer 1 and a surface layer 2. The base layer 1 is formed from a conductive composition having the following essential constituents: (A) polyethersulfone resin and and (B) conductive filler. The pencil hardness of the surface layer 2 is set withing the range of B to 5-H. Also, the contact angle of deionized water is set within the range of 60 to 120°. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
