PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper products such as small packages, labels, picture books which assist touch feeling of eyesight handicapped people, who do not receive benefit of a beautiful printed design, especially small children. SOLUTION: Eyesight handicapped people, especially children easily touch feel a picture design by sandwiching and pressing a printing paper between an intaglio and a relief and obtaining a design having projected doted lines 1 and chain lines 2.
