摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which has excellent display quality by eliminating unevenness of cell thickness, a method of manufacturing the electrooptical device, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: Since a liquid crystal display device 101 has a base layer 25, a reflecting layer 27, a light blocking member 29, an overcoat layer 33, etc., extended in not only a 1st area 30a which is a nearly a display area surrounded with a 1st substrate 10, a 2nd substrate 20, and a seal material 30 in an open curved-line shape, but also in a 2nd area 30b nearby a liquid crystal injection hole 31, the film structure of the 1st area 30a and the 2nd area 30b are made nearly the same and the cell thickness in a substrate surface can be held uniform.
