PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp type connecting means for flexible wiring that normally obtains a stable low contact resistance with easy maintenance and a low price, and to provide an inspection device therefor. SOLUTION: The crimp type connecting means electrically connects to an external circuit by putting a plurality of flexible wiring patterns printed on a flexible thin film therein, which includes a dot electrode substrate 2 having dot electrodes D (electrodes including fine mountain-like projections) made grow, a rat cable 4 for connecting between an external measuring circuit MC and the dot electrode substrate 2, a flexible printed wiring part 6, an urethane rubber 8 for pressing the flexible printed wiring part 6 to the dot electrodes D, and a metal base to a metal base 10 for applying a uniform spring pressure to the urethane rubber 8.
