PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an overfender to be installed along the wheel arch part of a car body, in particular of its bottom edge, capable of reducing the man-hours for executing the work, suppressing the labor to make aligning etc. of a fastening hole, assuring good easiness in conducting the mounting work, and securing the clearance between the overfender mounting part and a tire in a wheel house sufficiently. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the overfender includes a stud bolt 4 provided protrusively on the inner surface of the wheel house for fixing a wheel house liner 5 and the wheel arch part 10 of a car body outer plate 1 furnished at its bottom edge with a flange 21 overhung toward inside the car the overfender 2 in such a way as along the wheel arch part, in which the overfender 2 is mounted with the aid of clips 3, wherein the clip 3 has a clip body 3a extending from the inner surface of the wheel house toward the flange 21 of the overfender 2 and is structured so that a clamp part 31 formed at the top of the clip body 3a is engaged with the stud bolt 4 penetrating the liner 5 and that a fitting groove 32 formed in the middle position of the clip body 3a is fitted on the flange 11 of the wheel arch part 10 for establishing mounting in the wheel house, whereby the flange on the overfender 2 is fastened to a fastening part 33 provided at the bottom of a grip body 3.
