PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for a traveling wheel for reducing vibration in traveling, without causing durability to decrease by the entry of earth and sand and excessive heat generation. SOLUTION: The pad 1 for traveling wheels comprises: a pad body 8 made of a hollow rubber-like elastic body that is open to a side opposite to an earth side; a reinforcing frame 9 fixed to the pad body 8 in a state for circulating an open end section for reinforcing the open end section of the pad body 8; and a closing plate 10 fixed to the reinforcing frame 9 to close the opening of the pad body 8.
