PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric signal extraction apparatus capable of solving problems, minimizing the effects of external electromagnetic noise, and acquiring the results of measurement approximate to original measuring waveforms and measured values. SOLUTION: The electric signal extraction apparatus is provided with two thin metal wires 3 for grasping a terminal of a part, from which an electric signal is to be extracted, of an electronic circuit to be detected; a holding member 2 made of metal for holding tip parts of the metal wires 3 in such a way that they are opened and closed; and an opening and closing mechanism for opening ad closing the metal wires 3.
