PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a stable vertical condition when erecting a snow guard screen in a two-fold containing state. SOLUTION: In the snow guard screen 12, the upper screen 15 and the lower screen 16 are connected together by a hinge 17 and the lower end of the lower screen 16 is fixed to a support 11 by a support shaft 18, and connected to the upper end of the upper screen 15 by is connected by a tracking rope 14. The fastening position P of the tracking rope 14 is offset (offset distance a) from the vertical axis L at the time when the upper screen 15 and the lower screen 16 form a straight vertical state to the side opposite to the folding side. When the fence is uplifted with the tracking rope 14, the snow gurd screen 12 is formed in a overbend state as shown in a chain double-dashed line. There is no fear that the upper/lower screens 15 16 turn to a doglegged shape. Hence, rising posture is stably retained, the work to fix the upper/lower screens 15, 16 to the support 11 is facilitated, hence, the workability is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
