PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check breaking of a lock; and to check an illicit release of locking by picking. SOLUTION: This cover 1 is arranged for covering an outdoor exposed surface of a cylinder part 2 of the lock. Clearance 1a similar to a key inserting part of the cylinder part 2 is formed in a substantially central part. The clearance 1a is formed in a narrow shape corresponding to an extremely thin key 3. The key 3 is composed of an inserting part 4, a grip part 5 inserted into the cylinder part 2, and a connecting part 6 for connecting these inserting part 4 and grip part 5. The inserting part 4 and the connecting part 6 of at least the key 3 are formed in an extremely thin shape.
