PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin floor material sticking a sliced veneer for reform, which is low-profile and robust, whose surface is designed in a natural-wood pattern, and whose peripheral part is subjected to shiplap working. SOLUTION: In this thin floor material sticking the sliced veneer, a decorative sliced veneer 2, base material plywood 1 and an undersurface wood material 3 are laminated in this order so that overall thickness can be set at 3 mm or less; the shiplap working is applied to the peripheral part; and at least uppermost one of veneers, which constitute the plywood 1, is resinated by using a thermosetting resin.
