PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video device for a railroad and a railroad vehicle equipped with the video device for a railroad vehicle which can enjoy still images and moving images projected on an image display part provided on the ceiling part for passengers sitting on any seats including passengers sitting on the rear seats in the railroad vehicle, and can enjoy various still images and moving images without remodeling the image display part. SOLUTION: In the video device 30 for the railroad vehicle, a plurality of projectors 32 are disposed on the sides in a vehicle body 12, and the image display part is provided on the ceiling part 17 in the vehicle body 12.
