PURPOSE: A straightness restoring device of a high density precise filter for filtering chemical material is characterized by adjusting refraction of the filter vertically and laterally with vertical and horizontal contact rollers of from ten to twenty to have straightness, preventing damage of textile, preventing an external form from being transformed, reducing detective proportion, increasing the expected life span of the filter, increasing productivity and being capable of mass-producing. CONSTITUTION: A straightness restoring device of a high density precise filter for filtering chemical material comprises: horizontal contact rollers(20) which are formed on left and right and installed on an upper part of a base at equal intervals by a supporter, containing a contact groove(11) having the same radius as a radius of circumference of a filter; a pair of vertical contact rollers(10) which are set between two pairs of the horizontal contact rollers(20) and installed on the upper part of the base by the supporter, having the same form as a form of the horizontal contact rollers(20); and a motor driving the horizontal contact roller(10). The straightness restoring method thereof is as follows: contacting the vertical contact rollers by a spring(15) in an upper direction; and then auto-adjusting vertical and lateral refraction of the filter by contacting with the contact groove of the vertical and the horizontal contact rollers. |
