PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing building information and using the third person using the Internet are provided to enable the third person to search buildings or use the information for realty transaction through building information environment setting by making a building information manager write/manage the formatted building information through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An interface(280) transfers the building information through servers by linking with the network(100) and clients. A building information management server(240) performs building information management events inputted from the building manager(300). A building search server(250) performs a building search event inputted from the third person. A realty arrangement server(260) performs a realty transaction event for enabling the third person to register/search realty information by using the opened building information. A database management server(220) extracts/stores data stored in a database(210) depending on a control signal transmitted from each server. The database stores member information, the building information, and realty information.
