PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a position declination of a tire outer diameter is provided to detect a position declination generated due to a shake of a position cure inflation rim and a shape declination generated depending on air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A declination measurement apparatus includes a linear measuring device(2) installed towards a center of a position cure inflation rim in a normal direction. The linear measuring device(2) is installed with a control bar(7) having an indicating mark by means of a guide bracket of a supporting structure(4) having a deviation notch mark section(3). An alarm signal is generated according to expansion and contraction of the control bar(7). If an indicating mark of the control bar(7) is moved out of a predetermined range of the deviation notch mark section(3), an electric signal is transferred to an alarming section.
