<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which injection time of an electrolytic solution can be shortened without causing degradation of battery characteristic and assembling is possible without having a process such as reducing pressure. <P>SOLUTION: As for this battery, sheet-formed mixture layers 11a, 11b are formed on both faces of porous current collector 10 to prepare an electrode (positive electrode) 1 of laminated structure, and this and its counter electrode (negative electrode) 2 are wound via a separator, and this wound body is housed in a battery container 3 (negative electrode can), and the electrode 1 of laminated structure in this wound body has a gap 100 in the interior of the porous current collector 10. Especially, the electrode 1 of the laminated structure in the wound body has the gap 100 at a part of 20-90% of the thickness of the current collector from the center of the porous current collector 10, and the sheet-formed mixture layers 11a, 11b are embedded into other parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
