<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize all connected speakers without damaging a supplied sound signal. <P>SOLUTION: A control part provides conversion information determined in accordance with a channel configuration of an input voice signal and an output channel configuration, and the conversion information is set in respective amplifiers constituting a channel converting part 3.
