PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanodevice material having a p-type semiconductor material / n-type semiconductor material and a metal material of a nano scale using a carbon nanotube, and a nanodevice using it. SOLUTION: The nanodevice material contains a material 2 causing charge transfer inside the carbon nanotube 1.
