<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular towel which prevents the cuff or the hem of clothing from getting wet or prevents an ambient floor surface from getting wet with water in washing, dish washing or bathtub cleaning, facilitates body washing in a bathroom and is convenient to carry when washing hands or the like in outdoor work. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular towel 10 is equipped with a towel main body 11 wherein a towel fabric 12 and a water-repellent and flexible cloth cover 13 mounted while being overlapped on entire one side of the towel fabric are rolled to be a hollow tube with the cover 13 outside, and are fixed while overlapping both side edges 14, a stretchable and water-repellent annular fixing band 23 mounted in one end of the towel main body 11 in a lengthwise direction over a full edge and disposed outward in the lengthwise direction, and an opening control means 14 which is mounted in the other end of the towel main body 11 to control a diameter of an opening of the other end and can be held in a desired opening diameter.
