PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid absorbing sheet having a liquid absorbing resin layer that exhibits liquid absorbability superior in a non-aqueous electrolyte of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery pack comprising the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery pack (particularly, a litium ion non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery pack). SOLUTION: The liquid absorbing resin layer 1 of a liquid absorbing sheet is made by applying a monomer composition containing a single functional monomer component (A) containing a single functional monomer (a) capable of forming homopolymer dissolved in the non-aqueous solvent of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery pack, and a multifunctional monomer component (B) on a support substrate 2, and the obtained applied film is polymerized by ultraviolet rays irradiation.
