PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator apparatus for varying a coupling amount in two resonance modes of resonators selectively coupled by a partition plate, coupling the resonators only in one of the two resonance modes and blocking the coupling in the other resonance mode and to provide a communication filter and a communication apparatus for a mobile communication base station. SOLUTION: The dielectric resonator apparatus is characterized by including: two dielectric resonators R23, R45 resonated in two of first and second resonance modes; and the partition plate 20 located between the two resonators, and characterized in that the partition plate 20 formed with a slit opening S with the direction of a magnetic field loop in the first resonance mode (TE01δz mode) as the length direction. Further, the dielectric resonator apparatus is characterized in that the partition plate 20 is provided with first and second conductor loops S21a, S21b coupled to a magnetic field in the second resonance mode (TE01δy mode). Thus, the coupling between the second resonance modes is controlled by coupling due to leakage in the slit opening S and coupling via conductor loops 21a, 21b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
