STACKED COMMON MODE CHOKE COIL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked common mode choke coil in which high frequency characteristics can be enhanced by reducing stray capacity. SOLUTION: A stack of a nonmagnetic insulating material layer 20 forming a first coil 31 and a second coil 34 by laying a plurality of nonmagnetic insulating materials 21-24 in layers and winding spirally in the same direction while separating vertically, and magnetic material layers 15 and 16 arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the nonmagnetic insulating material layer 20 is provided with external electrodes connected with the first coil 31 and the second coil 34 thus producing a stacked common mode choke coil 10. The first coil 31 and the second coil 34 are formed on the surface of the nonmagnetic insulating materials 22 and 23 while being shifted in the line width direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
