PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support device capable of easily generating work procedures according to individual subjects. SOLUTION: This business support device guides a business work in order along a process template defining the procedure of the business work. A virtual process template generation program 56 generates a virtual process template suitable to solve a specified subject from a check list in which information of the past work history is recorded.
