PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when carrying out an analysis in the case an analysis condition is temporarily changed, an operator has to restore set values in the analysis condition to their prior states after completing the analysis and is liable to have a setting miss for the values or forget a necessary operation. SOLUTION: In the analysis, use rights R1, R2 and R3 corresponding to user IDs are previously set for respective users. After a user login (S1-S3), analysis condition data are copied to a second memory from a first memory being backed up by another power source (S4), and the data in both the first and second memories are allowed to be rewritten in accordance with the changing operation of the analysis condition for the user who logs thereon using the use right R1; whereas the data only in the second memory are allowed to be rewritten in accordance with the changing operation of the analysis condition for the user who logs thereon using the use right R2 (S5-S10). Therefore, after the user having the use right R2 changes the analysis condition and carries out the analysis, the analysis condition data before the change are used without any operations in the succeeding analysis carried out by the other user.
