PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute treatment of an extra-banking section of a cast-in-place concrete made pile with ease and at a low cost. SOLUTION: A treatment sheet 1 formed in a sheet by foaming biodegradable plastics is put around the upper end part of a pile reinforcement 2. Edges being cut, the extra-banking concrete of the inside and the outside of the treatment sheet is solidified. Then, after the external extra-banking concrete of the treatment sheet is chipped to quarry the pile reinforcement out, the internal extra-banking concrete is chipped. The treatment sheet is then placed inside or outside of the pile reinforcement, or in a serpentine way through in and out of the pile reinforcement. The treatment sheet is adhered to be secured on the pile reinforcement with an adhesive tape 3 made from biodegradable plastics, so that the pile reinforcement is covered by the adhesive tape. A tubular or pouched reinforcement cover made from biodegradable plastics is put on the upper end part of each main bar 2a of the pile reinforcement.
