PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, with a low equipment cost and an easier maintenance, safe and secure clean water of good quality, which decreases damages caused by earthquakes, disasters or floods and contributes greatly to environmental conservation. SOLUTION: While running down from a gutter 12 to a water-receiving and -supplying pipe and flowing through a plurality of water-cleaning pipes by a water pressure due to a head of fluid, rainwater is cleaned with a cleaning-substance accommodating pouch including such as an ion exchange body, activated carbon, charcoal, Maifanshi, Iou-seki to remove contaminants. Then the water is stored in a water tank 9 to be supplied as daily life water to bath, laundry, lavatory, garden trees and others. The cleaning substance accommodating pouch contains natural minerals, the activated carbon and the ion exchange body for a permanent use.
