PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct joints of tiles in a short time by mutually fixing the tiles with a solid joint material and eliminating need of drying the joint material when stopping heating after applying heat on a long joint material. SOLUTION: A tile joint construction method spaces and arranges a plurality of the tiles 1 on a floor face 3, is provided with an L-shaped long joint material 2 mainly comprising a thermoplastic resin between the tiles 1, and applies heat of a temperature of about 60-700°C on the long joint material 2. The long joint material 2 is softened and integrated to be a soft joint material. The soft joint material is adhered to the floor face 3 and the sides of the tiles 1. When heating is stopped on the soft joint material in this condition, the soft joint material is gradually hardened to be the solid joint material, with which the tiles 1 are mutually fixed and the tiles are fixed on the floor face 3.
