PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wall panels having no gap between adjacent wall panels and therefore having a good appearance and thus the wall panel can be constructed which has a sufficient mechanical strength at the gap portion between the wall panels as well as a wall installed with this wall panel and the construction method for attaching the wall panel to the wall. SOLUTION: The wall panel 1 comprises a panel-shaped wall member 2 and a reinforcing member 3. And the reinforcing member 3 is a reinforcing member having a punched board-shaped reinforcing member, and this reinforcing member 3 is the wall panel 1 which is projected in a length direction of the surface of the panel-shaped wall member 2 from the side edge of the panel-shaped wall member 2.
