PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous primer composition excellent in adhesion to a plastic material and to a top coat film. SOLUTION: The aqueous primer composition for a plastic molding contains a chlorinated polyolefin (A) of 10-80 wt.% as a solid, a polyurethane dispersion (B) of 5-50 wt.% as a solid, and an active methylene blocked polyisocyanate (C) within the range of 5-40wt.%, based on the total solids of the chlorinated polyolefin (A), polyurethane dispersion (B), and active methylene blocked polyisocyanate (C).
