PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a curable composition which cures by moisture to form a rubbery elastomer excellent in various physical properties, which exhibits a stable effect of preventing surface staining through a year over a long period of time since it exhibits an effect of preventing staining quickly from the initial stage of curing at ordinary temperature and at a low temperature in winter and since it does not cause sticking even at a high temperature in summer, and which is provided with a design feature having a matte rough appearance with relatively large surface ruggednesses like that covered with sand, having a sufficiently high capability of irregular reflection of light, and excellent in weatherability; and a sealing material composition. SOLUTION: The curable composition and the sealing material composition each contains a resin (A) containing a crosslinkable silyl group, an amine (B) having a melting point of 30°C or higher, and/or a compound (C) which hydrolyses to form an amine having a melting point of 30°C or higher, and an oxygen-curing unsaturated compound (D).
