PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror device having a receiving antenna function that not merely receives a specific radio wave transmitted from outside the vehicle but also increases antenna gain while decreasing variation of the antenna gain. SOLUTION: In a stand unit 70 of a door mirror device 10, a ground line 104 and a wire harness 106 through a penetration hole 82 is separated by a partition wall 84. The partition wall 84 shields the electromagnetic wave generated in the ground line 104 and the wire harness 106.
