PREPARATION METHOD OF FOAM MATERIAL FOR SHOE SOLE ENABLING MECHANICAL STRENGTH AND COLORFUL REPRESENTATION

PURPOSE: A preparation method of a foam material for use in a shoe sole is provided to allow the shoe sole to be improved in mechanical strength and colorful representation. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises: preparing an unfoamed material by injection molding or compression molding one or more compounds comprising 3-7 wt% of a foaming agent, 0.5-0.8 wt% of a crosslinker, 1-5 wt% of metallic oxide, 1-2 wt% of stearic acid, and 0.1-1 wt% of a pigment based on 100 wt% of an ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) copolymer; and preparing a foam material by compression molding the unfoamed material with a pressure of 140-160 kg/cm¬2 at 160-180 deg. C for 5-15 minutes.
