Compounds of formula (1) wherein,m,n,R1,R2,Ra,ALK3, E and Y are as defined i n the claims, being potent and selective inhibitors of chemokine binding to th e CXCR3 receptor, are accordingly of use in the treatment and/or prevention of conditions involving inappropriate T-cell trafficking, including inflammator y, autoimmune and immurforegulatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.
