<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive antenna superior in impact resistance and manufacturing property. <P>SOLUTION: A wire 2 is wound around an insulating soft magnetic material core 1 made of a soft magnetic powder and an organic binder. The soft magnetic powder is made of one or combination of an Fe-Al-Si alloy (sendust), an Fe-Ni alloy (permalloy), an Fe-Co alloy, an Fe-Co-Si alloy, an Fe-Si-V alloy, an Fe-Co-B alloy, a Co amorphous alloy, an Fe amorphous alloy, an oxide magnetic powder (ferrite), a carbonil Fe, an Mo permalloy, and a soft magnetic material of pure iron powder compacts, which have a high high-frequency permeability. The organic binder is made of one or combination of thermoplastic resins such as a polyester resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyvinyl butylal resin, a polyurethane resin, a cellulosic resin, a nitrile-butadiene rubber, and a styrene-butadiene rubber or their copolymers, thermosetting resins such as an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, an amide resin, and an imide resin, and halides and bromide polymers being organic flame retardants. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
