<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform unplugging without dropping a plug. <P>SOLUTION: This bottle cap houses a raw material such as tea under a sealed state, and is unsealed at the time of drinking. At the same time, an annular protrusion 30 on the bottom surface of the internal cylindrical part 26 of an upper cap member 14 is seated on a confronted bottom surface 16-1 of the internal cylindrical part 16 of a lower cap member 12 when the upper cap member 14 is screw-fastened with/to the lower cap member 12. The bottle cap is constituted in such a manner that a raw material charging hole 20 provided on the bottom surface 16-1 may be closed to a raw material housing chamber 34 of the upper cap member 14 which houses the raw material. Then, at the time of drinking, the upper cap member 14 is loosened from the lower cap member 12, and the annular protrusion 30 is separated from the confronted surface 16-1.
