<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to keep a lid under a widely opened state in a container having the lid. <P>SOLUTION: This container having the lid is equipped with a container main body (2) in which a dairy product is filled, and the lid for covering the opening of the container main body. Then, the lid is equipped with a covering lid part (10) which can repeatedly seal the opening of the container main body, a winding part (11) for slip-prevention which is wound around the container main body, a pilfer-proof part which connects the covering lid part and the winding part for slip-prevention, and a gap which is formed in a manner to remove a part of the pilfer-proof part, between the covering lid part and the winding part for slip-prevention. Also, in the gap, a hinge part (18a) which connects the covering lid part and the winding part for slip-prevention are provided extending to a plurality of locations.
